Sometimes it can look like you’re holding everything together on the outside, even when things feel heavy or confusing on the inside. Life brings big emotions, transitions, and moments that can feel overwhelming. I work with children, teens, and adults, and I believe (no matter your age) you are the expert on your own experiences. My goal is to offer a safe, welcoming space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as we build confidence, resilience, and practical tools for everyday life.

Starting therapy can feel awkward or uncomfortable at first, especially if you’re unsure what to expect. I strive to bring a sense of ease to the process and create a collaborative, nonjudgmental environment where feedback is always welcome if something doesn’t feel quite right. I approach therapy as a partnership, sometimes as a cheerleader, sometimes as a mirror, and often as a curious guide. I bring empathy, warmth, and honesty into the room, and I’m not afraid to gently challenge patterns when it supports growth.

My style is creative, curious, and interactive. Sessions may include reflection, education, laughter, and meaningful conversations that connect past experiences to present patterns. I enjoy helping clients notice “small wins,” gain new perspectives, and carry the work we do in session into daily life. Some sessions may feel emotionally deep, others lighter but always purposeful.

I work especially well with clients who are new to therapy, cautious, or still searching for the right fit, as well as those ready to take accountability and make meaningful changes (even when it feels uncomfortable). Whether you’re seeking clarity, growth, or simply a space to share your story, I invite you to show up exactly as you are.

Hello, Bonjour, Ahlan! Ever catch yourself thinking, “I know better… so why do I keep ending up here?” You’re not alone. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in repeating patterns, even when they understand what isn’t working. Anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, and challenging relationships can leave you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. My experience as a yoga teacher and Reiki master, combined with curiosity for each person’s unique journey, allows me to create a warm, inviting space where you can explore, reflect, and move forward in ways that feel authentic, empowering, and fully your own. Noticing these patterns helps you see what they reveal and how they shape your choices. Therapy offers a space to reflect, explore, and reconnect with your own inner strength: mentally, emotionally, and physically.

I provide therapy in English, French, and Arabic, and I am especially attuned to the experiences of clients navigating multicultural identities, immigration-related stress, or feeling “in between” worlds. I work with children (ages 7 and up), teens, and adults who want to feel more empowered and aligned with themselves. My approach is integrative and collaborative, blending talk therapy with mindfulness, creativity, and practical tools tailored to each person.

With children, sessions may include play and creative expression. With teens and adults, we explore patterns and emotions to support meaningful, lasting change. I also help clients find relief through a gentle, embodied approach to therapy that supports emotional insight, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of grounding.

Healing doesn’t require forcing change or having everything figured out. Growth often begins with small, steady steps and with learning to relate to yourself with more curiosity, compassion, and trust. My goal is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can reconnect with yourself, clarify what matters to you, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and authentic.

My approach is collaborative and integrative, shaped by curiosity, honesty, and ongoing feedback. THERAPY INTERVENTIONS:

  • Family SystemsTherapy

I strive to create a compassionate, welcoming space where healing can unfold at your own pace. As an authentic and intentional counselor, I am dedicated to sharing space with children, families, and individuals as they grow toward greater honesty, connection, and self-understanding. I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen, heard, and invited to show up exactly as you are—without pressure to perform, please, or have everything figured out.

I work with children, preteens, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, adjustment concerns, behavioral challenges, loss, and the many complexities that come with being human. My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-sensitive, drawing from a variety of methods tailored to each person’s unique background, culture, and needs. Whether through conversation, creative expression, play therapy, or nature-based interventions, we will collaborate to find what feels meaningful and effective for you.

I have a special interest in nondirective play therapy, honoring play as a child’s natural language for expressing inner worlds, processing experiences, and developing resilience. When children feel overwhelmed or unheard, play can provide a powerful pathway for communication and healing. I also partner closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and support to nurture emotional development beyond the therapy room.

I value collaboration and openness in the therapeutic relationship. I welcome honest feedback and work to foster mutual trust, respect, and curiosity. While I meet you with gentleness and grounding, I may also challenge you when it supports growth. My hope is to cultivate a nurturing environment where self-awareness, vulnerability, self-love, resilience, and meaningful change can take root.

Greetings! My name is Morgan Ruppert, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I earned my Master of Education in Counseling from Louisiana State University in 2023. I work with individuals ages 18 and older, offering both in-person and virtual sessions.

I connect most with clients who are curious, thoughtful, and open to exploring themselves more deeply. Many of the people I work with are insightful and reflective. They understand their experiences and emotions on an intellectual level, yet still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward. Clients often seek support for anxiety, stress, burnout, perfectionism, identity exploration, relationship challenges, or patterns such as people-pleasing, avoidance, or difficulty asserting their needs. Others are navigating life transitions, career questions, or searching for clarity and emotional balance.

Therapy is truly a gift to oneself, and I aim to walk alongside you wherever you are in your journey. My approach is collaborative and eclectic, integrating Emotion-Focused techniques, relational and attachment-informed perspectives, and evidence-based strategies for career exploration with young adults. I work to create an engaged, supportive environment where meaningful conversation and emotional processing can unfold, helping you deepen awareness, process challenging experiences, and develop healthier emotional connections with yourself and others. I am also Level 1 Certified in Gottman Couples Therapy and continue exploring complementary practices such as Somatic Therapy.

You don’t need prior therapy experience to begin this work. What matters most is curiosity, openness, and a willingness to look beyond surface-level solutions. I would be honored to accompany you as you move toward greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence in who you are and who you’re becoming.

Hi! I’m Taylor — a fellow human and a counselor. I work primarily with adult individuals, especially young adults navigating identity, connection, and meaning. Many of the clients I connect with are curious about themselves, open to growth, and interested in exploring what truly matters to them. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning to deepen the work, I offer a space grounded in collaboration, curiosity, compassion, and occasional humor.

My focus includes self-compassion, anxiety, self-esteem, women’s issues, mindfulness, emotional and nervous system regulation, values exploration, and strengthening the mind–body connection. I also prioritize affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients and hold strong commitments to diversity, equity, and social justice. Therapy with me often involves identifying patterns, increasing awareness of needs, and working toward greater balance, authenticity, and overall well-being.

I integrate mindfulness-based and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles to support present-moment awareness, psychological flexibility, and values-aligned action. Together, we may practice grounding skills, cognitive defusion, self-compassion work, and noticing thoughts, emotions, and sensations as they arise. I also highlight strengths, offer observations, and help clients step back from self-judgment to engage with themselves more kindly and intentionally.

My style is trauma-informed, holistic, inclusive, and adaptable to the individual, the day, and what you need most in the moment. I meet clients where they are, balancing a direct communication style with openness to adjusting my approach. If you’re interested in exploring yourself more deeply, living more presently, or building a life aligned with your values, I would be honored to connect with you.
