Hiring Process

Upon hire, new staff members will be guided through a new hire agreement, where we’ll discuss compensation and scheduling details. For licensed clinicians Meraki will also initiate the credentialing process with insurance providers. This ensures you have everything in place to start your journey with us smoothly!

Onboarding as a New Team Member

Upon hire, clinicians will have the opportunity to meet the staff and get set up in our online portal system. You’ll collaborate with our marketing team to establish your presence. We’re excited to help you get everything in place for a successful start!

Fair Compensation

We operate on a tiered payment system for clinicians that rewards your experience and dedication over time.

As you grow with us, you’ll have opportunities to advance through the tiers, allowing you to increase your earnings and reflect your contributions to our mission. We believe in investing in our team, ensuring that the longer you stay, the more you can potentially earn and thrive in your role.

Professional Development

At Meraki, we prioritize your professional development by offering a yearly stipend for CEUs. After completing one year with us, you will be eligible for a stipend with trauma training. This investment in your education not only enhances your skills but also empowers you to better serve your clients. We believe that continuous learning is key to your success and the success of our team.

Clinical Case Consulting

At Meraki, one of our primary goals is to foster a shame free learning environment for our clinicians through continuous opportunities for case consulting and clinical introspection. We believe that regular collaboration and reflection are essential for professional growth and enhanced client care. By providing this space for open dialogue and feedback, we aim to cultivate a culture of learning and development that benefits both our clinicians and the clients we serve. Your growth is our priority, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
